"To love and serve our neighbors as ourselves."

On Thursday, April 25th, Catholic Charities will be hosting a wine tasting featuring wines of the Northwest at The Ramada Inn in State College.

Doors will open at 5:30, and the tasting and food pairing will begin at 6:00.

Tickets are $50 each. Pacific Northwestern wines will be featured, including:
Band of Roses Dry Rose
Hogue Chardonnay
Kung Fu Girl Riesling
Velvet Devil Merlot
Spoken Barrel Meritage
Spoken Barrel Cabernet

The last wine tasting, held on February 6 at the Blairmont in Hollidaysburg, was a sold-out success with 75 guests enjoying six different wines paired with delicious appetizers and snacks.

Money raised at the wine tastings go towards funding services for our neighbors in need within our local community. Catholic Charities provides counseling services, emergency financial assistance to deserving families, aid to the homeless and other services to individuals in crisis.
