"To love and serve our neighbors as ourselves."

For Your Home:

It is important for your home to be winterized. If you feel a draft, weather stripping or insulation may help keep the heat in.

Your heating systems also need to be checked. Make sure you test your smoke detector batteries and have a safe alternative heating source in case your power goes out.

Don't Forget Your Car:

It's easy to forget that winter is hard on a vehicle. Make sure you keep your gas tank full to avoid ice in the tank in fuel lines. Also consider preparing an emergency kit for your car that includes blankets, food and water, booster cables, flares, a first-aid kit, and a flashlight.  Stay safe this winter!
