- Financial donations by sending in a check. Send checks to: Catholic Charities, 1300 12th Avenue, P.O. Box 1349, Altoona, PA 16603 Gift cards (Wal-Mart, Grocery Stores, etc.) are always welcome and can be mailed in, or dropped off at either the Blair or Cambria County office. the offices or at the Parish Life Office in Altoona.
